Refund policy

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery (unused & unopened products only).

  • Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened cosmetics cannot be returned/refunded.

  • If you receive a damaged, wrong, or expired product, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (pictures/video).

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit after product inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
